Menopause, vaginal changes, painful sex, stress incontinence & why things change — with simple ways to feel like yourself again

Many women experience changes to their intimate health during peri-menopause, medical menopause, and post menopause — yet so few feel able to talk about it.

From vaginal dryness and discomfort to painful sex and stress incontinence, these symptoms can feel confusing, frustrating and sometimes isolating. The truth is — you are not alone, and there is support available.

Join us for this warm, welcoming and informative workshop, designed to gently open up the conversation around women’s intimate health in midlife.

Together, we’ll explore:

Why intimate changes happen during menopause and hormone change
What’s normal (and more common than you think)
Practical ways to ease discomfort and improve daily comfort
How to feel more confident, informed and in control of your body

You’ll hear from our expert guests:

Dr Jenny Cusak, from seemegp.com, a menopause specialist doctore, who will explain the why behind these changes and answer your questions in a supportive, easy-to-understand way
Shalom Lloyd MBE, founder of Naturally Tiwa, who will share natural, nurturing approaches to intimate care and wellbeing including discussing her natural UTO intimate moisturiser.
