This is the final practice ride over the route for PaceDay's Hammer & Nail 25 Miler. If you've signed up for this ride or the Metric Century, I recommend joining this practice ride.
Arrive by 7:15 a.m. at MCG Foundation.
Ride begins at 7:30 a.m.
You MUST wear a helmet.
If you have a red flashing light, make sure it's charged.
If you don't have a red flashing light, consider getting one.
Be sure you have 2 bottles of fluid on your bike.
Bring your favorite snacks and extra bottles filled with fluid. These items will be placed in a cooler (in my car) and available at both rest stops.
