Join me for a yoga flow and sound-infused savasana every Wednesday at 5:30pm!
Move through an all-levels yoga flow, and end with a meditation where I use different instruments to help you settle into a state of ease and relaxation.
All of this is by donation (cash preferred), but the option to pay by venmo will be available as well. All are welcome!
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that will make you comfortable ◡̈. We will meet in the main church room, and you are welcome to come a few minutes early to set up and get comfortable.

PS. Every Wednesday I also host a sound bath at 3:30pm! Come for both!
