Join us for a relaxing sound bath meditation at Norfolk Karate Academy. Carly will guide you through some gentle movement, breathing and meditation techniques, and then support your deep rest with harmonic crystal singing bowls.
Dress cozy (pajamas are welcome!) and consider bringing your own blankets, bolsters, pillows, props, & anything that would help you be comfortable for an hour of lying on the mat floors, basking in sound vibrations.
You're welcome to stay after class for a bit of hot tea & community time.
No tickets or registration necessary, just show up around 6:45pm to get settled in!
Free street parking is available on 45th Street, Colley Avenue, and in 2 lots on either side of the NKA venue. There is also a bicycle rack!
This will be a donation-based event.
25% of donations will support Feral Affairs Network, a registered nonprofit helping local cats.
