Welcome to Communnity Yoga at the Heights! Join us for a donation based relaxing yoga session at Heights Lounge. Whether you're a begginer or a seasoned yogi, this All Levels Flow class is the perfect opportunity to unwind and stretch out. Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle. Come and connect with your mind, body, and soul through yoga, sound, breathwork and meditation.
Additional notes:
- This is a Donation-Based class. (Suggested donation amount $10)
- 1 drink minimum required at the establishment. (coffee, tea, kava, kramom and kombucha on tap)
- Enjoy a FREE post-yoga kava shell and recieve 10% OFF your order after class.
- Class will begin around 11:15/11:30. It will be a one hour class: beginning with grounding and breathwork, followed by an all-levels yoga flow and finishing with a sound bath.
