About this Event

The Developing Talent Grant Program supports initiatives that strengthen northeast Indiana’s education-to-career ecosystem by building clear, employer-aligned pathways into Next-Generation Manufacturing careers. Funded efforts help learners gain industry-relevant technical skills while also developing leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset they can apply on the job. This program prioritizes requests with high-quality work-based learning and real-world experiences, integrated into curriculum, credentials, and career preparation.
Attend a grant workshop for Developing Talent on May 14, June 2, or June 17, to learn what the program funds, what strong alignment looks like, and how to shape outcomes that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
