Agents and brokers have an obligation to represent their clients to the best of their ability.

The promulgated contracts have a large number of blanks. When filling out the contract forms, agents and brokers may have difficulty inputting the correct info. The contract is a legal binding document when all parties agree. Making sure the forms are correctly filled out is imperative. Many parties rely on the completed documents including appraisers. When filling out the forms, expectations must be set, choices offered and decisions made by the principals. The parties involved must be meticulous and scrupulous.

Agents and brokers must be familiar with the contract form so that the consumers’ needs, wants and desires are competently addressed in the document. This course will discuss how to make sure the license holders complete the contract form correctly.
