The course is delivered via Zoom. You will need to be able to access Zoom via your work or personal device to complete this course. We cannot support you to access Zoom, you will need to contact your organisation’s IT department.

Participants are expected to have their camera on throughout the duration of the course. Visual cues play an important part in the facilitator being able to recognise how delegates are feeling and to monitor the wellbeing of the group. Keeping cameras on also encourages engagement and communication; This is an interactive course with activities throughout.

Swapping your place with a colleague on the day is not permitted. Only the attendee registered will be admitted to the training on the day.

Cancellations can be made through your Eventbrite account, or via 'Manage my booking' on the original booking confirmation. Non attendance and failure to cancel your booking will result in an email sent to your line manager with details of the missed session, and the commissioning team will be made aware of repeat non-attendance.

By booking a space on training, you understand that your booking information will be shared with Cornwall Council, commissioners and funding providers as part of funding requirements.
