Wendell Stallings, Corporate Vice President, Advanced Planning Group
Wendell Stallings is a Corporate Vice President and Advanced Planning
Consultant with New York Life Insurance Company, supporting agents as a
member of the South-Central Team.
With over 30 years in advanced sales, education, and entrepreneurship, Wendell
helps agents and their affluent clientele implement strategic estate and business
planning techniques, as well as provide consultation and collaborative support.
He most recently served as Sales Director of Advanced Planning at Ameritas,
where he launched the Business Owner Opportunity Masterclass (BOOM
School), authored Bridges to Better: Financial Empowerment for Black America,
and chaired LIMRA’s Advanced Sales Committee and Forum. His earlier
leadership roles at MetLife and Lincoln Financial Group focused on driving
growth, developing innovative programs, and guiding national teams in complex
case design.
Wendell received his B.A. in Romance Languages and Literatures from Harvard
University. Additionally, he has earned the CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®, RICP®, and
WMCP® designations. Wendell is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
