SAVE THE DATE! This is one of the most fun, annual spring events in our area! From social "coasters" to super cyclists, anyone who enjoys a bicycling will have a good time at the Dogwood Trail Bike Ride. Participants will travel a marked route on city streets through beautiful neighborhoods of blooming trees, shrubs and spring flowers. Slow, leisurely pedaling is the style.
Entire route is 11 miles: about 90 minutes at a relaxed pace. BTW: There are with plenty of places for shortcuts! :)
After returning to BikeWorld, there's a community picnic, the perfect chance to meet, greet, exchange stories and get to know other riders. Meat, drinks and tableware for provided. Guests who wish may bring dishes to share.
A support vehicle on the route provides riders with the assurance of help should it be needed.
