Tony is an award winning songwriter and project lead for the national Rolling On project on sessions and singarounds (www.rollingon.org)and is 6 albums into a song writing career with 3 decades experience performing solo and with the folk-fusion Doghouse Collective featuring Richard Twinn (mandolin, harp, vocals), Marie Mace (bodhran, percussion), Chris Bullen (bass, lead guitar), Tony Mace (whistles, flute). The evening features Tony’s special mix of story-songs and tall tales plus a blend of soulful and exhilarating tunes and original songs with the Dogs. They are joined on the night by Fara Afifi (fiddle/vocal) and their backing singers the ‘Puppettes’ featuring Polly Barnes, Tom Phillips and Keith Jordan.
