We are pleased to announce the introduction of DOGA – yoga with therapy dogs – starting from November 12, 2024. Classes will be held every morning at 9 am in Wyong. • Location: Wyong • Cost: $20 per session (by bookings only) Participants are welcome to bring their own dogs or interact with our therapy dogs during the sessions. Dogs that are calm and do not bark – such as older or very relaxed dogs – may join for free with one paying adult or handler/child, pending an assessment by our dog trainer and yoga teacher, Helen Yildiz. These classes aim to provide a therapeutic and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We invite you to take part in this unique blend of yoga and canine companionship.
