Athletes should be able to perform:
- Pull-ups
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Bar Muscle-Ups
- Handstand Push-ups
- Handstand Walk (25 ft minimum)
- Rope Climbs (15 ft)
- Burpee Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
Monostructural Standards
Athletes should be proficient in:
- Rowing
- Ski Erg
- Bike Erg
- Running
- Double Unders
Double Under Standard:
50+ unbroken
Weightlifting Standards
Snatch

- Jumping Pull-ups / Band-Assisted Pull-ups
- Hanging Knee Raises
- Push-ups
- Box Step Overs
- Wall Walks (scaled option)
- Dumbbell movements
- Modified rope pulls
Monostructural Standards
Athletes should be proficient in:
- Rowing
- Bike Erg
- Running
- Single Unders (Double Unders optional)
Team Flow
- Partners may split reps unless otherwise stated.
- One athlete works at a time unless workout specifies synchro.
- Synchro movements require both athletes to meet movement standards simultaneously.
- Tie-break times will be used where applicable.

Movement Standards
- Full lockout required overhead.
- Below parallel on all squats.
- Clear control at finish positions.
- Judges’ standards are final.
Suggested Athlete Fit
Rx: For experienced athletes comfortable with advanced gymnastics and heavier barbell cycling.
Scaled: For intermediate athletes building confidence and consistency.
