Dog Days of Summer at Friday Nights in the Park

In addition to our regular Friday Nights in the Park and Farmers Market vendors, theme nights were introduced to the Friday Nights in the Park event series in 2025. “Dog Days of Summer” traditionally refers to the hottest and most oppressive period of the season, a term rooted in ancient astronomy and the rising of the Dog Star, Sirius. To embrace the spirit of the season, we’re celebrating our four-legged friends by inviting pet-related vendors and encouraging the community to bring their well-behaved pups to the park for a fun, pet-friendly evening. Join us as we celebrate the Dog Days of Summer with tails wagging and sunshine-filled fun for all.
