About this Event
8200 Cypress Plaza Dr Unit 202, Jacksonville, FL 32256. This is a Fundraiser event that will be hosted every 3 months annually. All proceeds will be going to the Wolfsons Children Hospital for children needing parental assistance. Hosted by Phil Smith on Team Proffitt with Future Home Loans by the beaches. We want everyone to come out and have absolute fun for a good cause. So GRAB your teams, CREATE your Jerseys and get ready to DODGEBALL! ( Ages 15+ for teams, 10 teams; 8 players, $25 per player ). Team Captains will text their team name after registration to Phil Smith (678-618-5780). ( ONLY 10 TICKETS FOR TEAMS) All general admission will be $2 at the door. Food & Drinks will be available for donation to Wolfson.
