Our annual Dode's Ace Pool Tournament of the year is back to commemorate our Post's namesake Joseph 'Dode' Morris (late but still the event returns).Tournament type: 24 Entry cap, Singles tournament, Double Elimination, single game rounds
No pre-registration before 2:00pm on day of event.
Participants: Open to all non-profit veteran organization card carrying members and their guests.
Schedule:
10:00am: Open pool tables from canteen opening to start of tournament
2:00pm: Early check-in / registration
3:00pm: Tournament starts
*Late Entries are accepted until the conclusion of the first round of play
Rules: Common US Bar Rules for American 8-Ball ( CALL POCKET )
Fee: $20 entry
Registration is the day of (no pre-registrations).
Awards: cash awards for top 3 finalists, 100% payout -
3rd place $20, 2nd place $40, 1st place remaining kitty + trophy. (2nd & 1st cash prizes rounded to the nearest $5 increment)
*It's TENTATIVE that Fireball rep's to attend with swag, taste testing around 6pm
