On Wednesday, January 15th at 7pm, Emmy-winning director Jason Cohen screens his documentary “Mom & Dad’s Nipple Factory." A love story about his parents, when the film director’s mother receives a breast cancer diagnosis and unilateral mastectomy, her devoted and introverted husband sets out to boost her morale in the only way he knows how: innovation. In his home lab, he creates custom prosthetic nipples, that led to the launch of a business that has helped thousands of lives and unlocked conversations around breast cancer and its impact on family, community, and society at large.
