It will be potluck and BYOB, but you all know what you want to eat and drink better than me! I will make sure there is cake at midnight.
Eleven bedrooms with space for 28 to easily sleep. I’m not saying you need to sleep three to a bed, but I’m not saying you can’t. Beds are first come first served. If you sleep at the house, you simply need to strip your bed and leave bedding in the game room before you leave.
There are only three rules: 1) carpooling will be needed. There is a few spots of street parking but the house can only park 12 cars. Spots reserved at the house for a sober driver and volunteer shuttle drivers. I recommend parking at AJ Gator’s (AJ Gators Redmill, 1993 Sandbridge Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462) I have verified you are safe to park there overnight and it is the start location for Sunday’s trail.
2) NO Smoking in the house. I will have a “Smoking Deck” set up with butt cans for your trash.
3) Safety meetings must also happen on the Smoke Deck.
