For one night only, our iconic spa hallway flips into a moody, late-night supper club where indulgence is the only rule. With tablescapes by L’Objet, think playful, provocative design that feels as good in your hand as it looks under candlelight. It’s dinner. It’s foreplay. It’s awareness served hot, late, and just the way you like it.
Expect four courses of culinary teasing designed to touch every sense:
To Savor:
- Tomka Curry Scallop Crudo with Fig Glass – a first kiss of heat and sweetness.
- Smoked Ginger Soup with Carrot, Celery Bubble – warm, smoky, and a little steamy.
- Compressed Watermelon, Jamón, Caviar – juicy, salty, and unapologetically indulgent.
- Wagyu Filet with Chocolate Demiglace, Almond Tuile, Vegetable Ribbons – a dark, slow burn of flavor. (Vegetarian option: Whole roasted cauliflower with brown butter tahini, pomegranate molasses, gremolata, spiced dates)
- Grenada with Beetroot, Cucumber, Apple, Walnut Cream, Caramelized Walnut – a final bite that’s earthy, tart, and just a little dirty.
To Sip:
Tequila cocktails by El Tequileno, smoky mezcal pours by Rosaluna, bubbles from Valdo, and a zero-proof tease by Almave Tequila for those who like to keep it clean.
