Do Good Day is St. Petersburg’s premier nonprofit fair, bringing together more than 50 local nonprofit organizations in a career fair style format designed to connect residents directly with meaningful volunteer opportunities.Recently proclaimed by Mayor Ken Welch as an annual civic initiative, Do Good Day creates one place where the community can meet nonprofit leaders, learn about local causes, and discover ways to get involved. Instead of searching for volunteer opportunities organization by organization, attendees can explore dozens of curated, local causes in one place, from youth programs and food security to animal welfare, environmental work, housing, veteran needs and community health.
