There are patterns we inherit long before we are conscious of them — stories passed from mother to daughter, father to son, running quietly through the lineage at the level of the DNA. Some of these patterns nourish us… and some limit our freedom, shaping our emotional landscape, relationships, and sense of possibility.
This one-day immersion is designed to help you recognise, release, and repattern these generational threads with care, lineage integrity, and deep respect for your ancestry.
Whether you are a Sekhem initiate or an experienced energy worker from another system, you are welcome. No prior training is required — you will receive a temporary Sekhem attunement in the opening circle so you can safely and effectively work with this frequency throughout the day.
What We Will Explore
Recognise, release & repattern ancestral conditioning
DNA Repatterning (Helen Belot Lineage)
You will learn and practice the powerful DNA Repatterning method passed down from Sekhem Grandmaster Helen Belot, with whom Vicki trained directly as an initiate.
This technique breaks hereditary and conditioned energetic patterns held in the DNA — ancestral fears, emotional wounds, and limiting imprints — and replaces them with a new, healthy pattern projected forward through the next seven generations.
You will give and receive this full treatment under guidance, allowing the work to land both somatically and energetically.
Healing the Maternal Clan
In the closing session, we move through a deeply restorative guided meditation that carries the tone and structure of systemic constellations work.
Developed from Vicki’s original training in India as part of the Women’s Liberation and Family Constellation–inspired work, and refined through years of therapeutic and hypnotic practice, this journey helps restore flow, belonging, and life-energy through the maternal line.
It is a powerful integration after the DNA work.
Opening & Closing Sacred Space
The day begins with a grounding meditation and temporary attunement, and ends with a closing circle that seals the work and honours the lineage that supports it.
