Confidence isn’t something you perform; it’s something you embody. This month focuses on grounding your presence and energy so that how you show up feels rooted and real. We’ll explore somatic practices that reconnect you with your inner knowing, so you can lead, speak, and move through your days with calm assurance.

In the second half, a Nova member leads a short, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical, relevant, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately.

Topics vary month to month and include leadership, money, visibility, communication, wellbeing, or sustainable success. Each workshop is designed to elevate both the member leading and the collective intelligence of the room.

Whether it’s LinkedIn, your marketing, dating apps, or simply walking into a room, people form impressions before you say a word. As a portrait photographer, Lisa Damico has spent years analyzing what makes someone magnetic—and helping clients step into that version of themselves in front of the camera.

In this interactive session, Lisa will share what she consistently sees shift when someone stops trying to look “good” and starts showing up more like themselves—just turned up a notch. You’ll explore what your most expressive, energized version looks like, who you’d genuinely love to work with (or date), and how to get more intentional about attracting those people.

You’ll walk away with:
