Connect + Elevate is Nova’s signature monthly gathering in the DMV, created for seasoned women and non-binary professionals who want meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and growth that actually feels aligned with their lives. We begin with guided connection around our theme of the month — not icebreakers, but intentional dialogue that moves purposefully into real conversation. The structure is designed to help you meet people you are so excited to know, without forcing performance or small talk.
You’ll leave this portion with a sense of who’s in the room and who you want to continue the conversation with outside the room.
June: Conscious Leadership
Leadership is most powerful when it’s shared. This month is about leading with integrity, care, and collaboration — balancing confidence with curiosity and power with empathy. You’ll explore how to lead alongside others, not above them, and how that shift changes what’s achievable.

ELEVATE
In the second half, a Nova member leads a short, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical, relevant, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately.
Topics vary month to month and include leadership, money, visibility, communication, wellbeing, or sustainable success. Each workshop is designed to elevate both the member leading and the collective intelligence of the room.
