Broadway-Bound Vocal Masterclass: Lead Roles & Winning Auditions (Ages 6-12 at 10 am-11:30 am and Ages 13-17 11:30 am-1:00 pm)

Led by Babs Alexander (“The International Vocal Coach”), this intensive distills over 35 years of elite coaching into practical, fun, and realistic techniques. Babs’ students have gone on to star on Broadway, win multiple times at the Apollo, audition for American Idol, The Voice, America’s Got Talent, The X Factor, become recording artists, and more. Expect clear direction, fast adjustments, and tools your singer can use for a lifetime.
What students will learn:
Breath, resonance, diction, and phrasing that project confidence
- Audition craft: slate, eye line, presence, and managing nerves
- Choosing and polishing a 16–32 bar cut (ballad + up-tempo)
- On-the-spot coaching—each student sings briefly and receives targeted notes
Who it’s for
Motivated singers ages 6 and up who want solos, lead/featured roles, and stronger auditions. Some experience in choir/theater/lesson experience helps, but highly driven beginners are also welcome.
