About this Event
Julie Mathers Associates will be joining us to deliver an interactive and empowering session on “Work Life Balance and Avoiding Burnout.”
It is essential to maintain a work-life balance to prevent burnout, enhance productivity, and support overall well-being. It is a subject that we can all relate to in business and life in general, but it sometimes gets overlooked.
Julie will be discussing what tell-tale signs to look out for and give you some tools to better equip you with the following:
- How to recognise early signs of imbalance and burnout
- Understand why it happens
- Actionable steps can you take to reduce stress
- Setting boundaries without guilt
- How can you sustain the right balance for your individual circumstances
The event includes a light lunch, please let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking onto the session.
