Note: The warmup is guided to help center your mind and body into the present moment while exploring playful movements.
We encourage you to come for the opening circle to meet the beautiful souls who will share the dance floor.
"Ecstatic Dance is a Freeform Conscious Dance. As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations, and allow yourself to feel your emotions, sensations, body, mind, and spirit.
