DJ Day
DJ Day (Damien Beebe) is a DJ, producer and musician from Palm Springs, California. His contributions to the various avant-garde music scenes in Southern California run deep and span over two decades. From the historic Root Down parties of Los Angeles to the infamous Do-Over, Day has garnered respect from peers and fans alike for his eclectic, well-executed DJ sets and diverse taste in music. His debut album, The Day Before, rose to the top of numerous notable charts including those of Gilles Peterson (BBC), Jeremy Sole (KCRW) and Philly's Cosmo Baker. His talent in transitioning between DJ/turntablist, musician and beat maker is best exemplified by his ambitious studio release, Land Of 1000 Chances. He has toured over 20 countries worldwide as a solo artist and performed with artists such as Aloe Blacc, Eminem, Amy Winehouse, People Under the Stairs, Grandmaster Flash, Moodymann, and more. Day was nominated for Song of the Year awards both by the BBC and The Village Voice and his music has been licensed for commercials by DC Shoes, Red Bull Music Academy, Rane/Serato, and numerous full length feature films. He has also been a participant in DJ Jazzy Jeff’s Playlist Retreat since it’s conception.
Dystoh
With hard-hitting congas, syncopated bells and blocks, roaring baritone saxophone and tight two-part vocal harmonies, Dystoh brings together the spirit of blues and soul, the rhythmic fire of
latin salsa, the unbridled creativity of reggae and dub, and the deep groove of modern-day afro sounds. Created by two original core members of the three-time Juno-nominated Souljazz Orchestra, Ray Tabana and Phil Motion enter the musical foray with their new duo, sharing original up-tempo creations and deep lyrical reflections in their debut album 'Heat
of the Times', an album that explores the delicate and fragile interplay of our personal and global struggles in a new dangerous age. Dystoh brings 20 years of international touring experience and infuses it into this new duo for an exciting and dynamic live show where the pounding of sub-bass frequencies and electronic drum machines meet a fiery mix of afro latin percussion, freight-train baritone saxophone lines, and the raw emotion of the humanvoice.

With a line-up of diverse and multi-talented artists, the rhythms of Big Bad and Boujee bring the audience out of their seats for a performance that's nothing short of astonishing. After an impromptu jam session, five artists found a distinctive and unforgettable combined sound. BBB features Shyann Bailey stunning vocals, funk-master BONK's prodigal guitar, Romeo's swooning keys, J-Culture's deadly rhythms and Gin's grooving bass. This band is looking to take over the world and pave the way for neo-funk.

A well known figure in the Toronto scene, Jason Palma brings over 25 years of experience deejaying a wide variety of music from latin, soul, house, funk and hip hop to Brazilian samba, disco & afrobeat. Jason’s skill at mixing records that would appear to be ‘unmixable’ has placed him in constant demand over the course of his career, while also making him one of the most beloved DJs in the T-dot!
