About this Event
We'll begin with a demo by Chef Raymond and then we'll enjoy a tasting of Chef Raymond's Gravlax - which we think is more flavorful than lox - and a casual wine tasting of four wines paired with small bites featuring Gravlax after the demo. We also include recipes and a shopping list to inspire you.
Our DIY Workshops are approx 1.5 hours and includes demo & tasting; must be 21+ to participate in wine tasting - na bev substitutes available. There is free street parking and additional parking for customers in the rear of our building. Adult Therapy is located inside Glass of Life studio so feel free to show up early to shop and peak in on our stained glass studio. We're located in the Historic Uptown neighborhood of St. Petersburg across the street from beautiful Round Lake Park.
