This interactive workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of costume design and how clothing helps build a character’s identity. Through hands-on exploration, participants will learn to transform basic materials into expressive costume elements. The session encourages creativity, storytelling, and personal expression through design.
Final Outcome: Participants will create a basic DIY costume piece or styled look that reflects a character of their imagination.
About the Facilitator
Aavya Nath is a fashion designer with over 14 years of experience in the industry, specializing in luxury and contemporary wear. Having worked with renowned labels, Aavya brings a strong understanding of design, craftsmanship, and storytelling through garments. Their work focuses on blending traditional aesthetics with modern narratives, encouraging individuality and creative exploration through fashion.
