Join the Washington Assistive Technology Act Program at the Bellevue Library Makerspace for a hands-on introduction to Do-It-Yourself assistive technology. We will use simple materials like corrugated plastic, PVC pipe, InstaMorph, and an industrial twist tie to build two practical tools for anyone who struggles to hold and use a tablet independently. Along the way, you will learn what assistive technology is and see how quickly you can solve real problems with simple tools and materials. No prior Maker experience is needed and all materials are provided. Please register at: https://kcls.bibliocommons.com/events/69407571caa2e62f00206240
