Highlights: ISWA, the peak body representing 117 Indian origin associations in Western Australia, creates an authentic celebration that showcases the rich diversity of Indian culture through music, dance, food, and traditional ceremonies. The event receives support from the Office of Multicultural Interests through the Global Connections through Local Events initiative and Lotterywest, demonstrating strong community and government backing for this cultural celebration. The two-day festival features international stars alongside local performers, traditional and contemporary cultural presentations, authentic Indian cuisine from multiple regions, artisan crafts and shopping opportunities, and family-friendly activities that welcome people of all backgrounds to experience the joy and spiritual significance of Diwali in a spectacular outdoor setting.
