About this Event
About this session :)
Ever find yourself in an in-between space — between partnership and independence, between what once was and what’s still unfolding?
You’re not alone. Divorce or separation often brings uncertainty, mixed emotions, and a lot of unspoken questions. Many of us are quietly figuring out how to talk about it — with friends, family, colleagues, our children, or even ourselves.
This is a calm, judgment-free circle for anyone navigating separation or divorce, or simply sitting with the weight of it.
In this session:
In this circle, we gently explore how we talk about divorce or separation — the words we use, the silences we hold, and the stories we carry.
It’s not a workshop or a space for advice. Instead, we come together to:
- Share lived experiences at our own pace
- Listen to others who truly understand the complexity
- Sit with uncertainty without pressure to explain or justify
- Find connection, relief, or simply a moment to breathe
- You’re welcome to speak, reflect quietly, or just listen.
- Come as you are. Stay for the conversation. Leave a little lighter 🌱
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿
- If you’re going through a divorce or separation and are unsure how to talk about it
- If you’re navigating difficult conversations with family, friends, or children
- If you feel caught between grief, relief, confusion, or all of the above
