What to Expect

Divinely Embodied is a monthly immersion blending tantra, somatic attunement, authentic relating, and nervous system regulation to invite you into deep resonance with your Self and each other.

Through somatic awareness, grounding, and self-regulation techniques, you’ll learn to feel at home in your body, calm your nervous system and trust your inner wisdom.

We gently unwind the habits of self-protection, over-giving, or shutting down — and replace them with:

• attunement
• intuition
• integrity
• the courage to be seen

When we let the masks, politeness, and appearances fall away, and we allow ourselves to be seen just as we are in this moment, we can touch unconditional love for ourselves and each other.

When we’re regulated, we naturally open into a more spacious, undefended presence. From here, connection feels:

• discerning
• safe
• honoring
• deeply nourishing

Beyond ego defenses and social conditioning, you’ll be guided to connect with your:

• Pure Consciousness (beyond thoughts) - the part of you that is aware, the nonjudgemental Witness, pure Beingness
• Unconditional Love — beyond ego gratification, transpersonal, universal, limitless and immediate
• Innate Joy — the natural bliss that emerges when the heart opens
