🌟🪘🌟 Our bodies are our sacred temples, our unique personal vessels, and we hold so much in them. Our culture has taught us to push through it, keep moving, don’t stop…. Well, how do we truly heal when we don’t truly listen to what our body is telling us?

🌬️🤍🕊️ Research shows that the nervous system slows down to heal when we slow down, and move within. The drum is an ancient rhythmic healing tool, we are born with an innate sense of rhythm, and our bodies are natural rhythm drivers. Rhythm is medicine for our bodies. This mini-retreat eve will be all about tuning in, and listening, and embodying our 🌬️🤍🕊️ Divine Whispers. In the ambiance and womb like space of the cave, we will move intuitively within, guided by drum trance rhythms, embodied movement, and resonating with drum & vocal toning, as we tune into a deep physical, emotional and spiritual pathways within for personal healing. You are invited into your temple to seek your inner flow and release what is not serving, and align with your soul’s inner whispers and self healing wisdom, while 🌬️breathing and bathing in the healing salt of the tranquil and ambient cave. Reclaiming your voice is a powerful source of inner healing, acting as a full body resonator to open up pathways within, that may have been congested for years, or be surrounded by fascia never softened enough to open, and the drum moves the energy deeply within you. Research shows that the drum accesses the cells and bones, to reach deeply held emotional and physical, pain and trauma. This eve will be all about softening, then nurturing the spaces opened with rebozo wrap and 🦴closing the bones ritual, an ancient healing modality offering a safe healing space for life’s most difficult transitions. I have many people tell me after this session, with drumming, that it is the safest they have ever felt in their bodies.
❤️🕊️❤️ This a mini-retreat for you to restore what you need in your life and offer yourself personal transformation, your way, in sacred community. We will share earthy charcuterie appetizers, hot tea & sacred smoke ceremony in community connection, and offer energy assessments throughout the evening. You will also go home with a healing gift bag to continue for your personal journey on the healing drum pathway.
🪘Please come as you are, bring a drum, water vessel, and dress comfortably. There will be extra drums to use, and there be some to purchase.
