These sessions are intuitively guided with the fusion of Reiki energy. We will begin with a body relaxation process & 15 minute guided meditation then you’ll be immersed in the beautiful sounds of the Harpichord, Solfeggio Pipes, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp and Tibetan bowls among other instruments to take you on a journey to a state of deep relaxation
