This is a space of feminine love & embodiment—a place to unwind, play, and dance out your inner diva!
The Journey:
🌹 1. The Opening: Tea, Chocolate & Intention We begin in a circle with tea and chocolate. This is your chance to unwind from the day and rest in the space of feminine love. We invite any parts of you that haven't had space—the things you haven't been able to express to the world or a partner—to be seen and honored. We end with setting an intention for our dance to make the most of our sacred time.
✨ Cycle Magic: If you are menstruating, you receive an extra chocolate and the invitation to share an insight with the circle if it feels right.
💃 2. The Movement: Embody the Goddess We dance INTO our Goddess. Through music that unlocks your power, we will explore:
- Playful Choreography: Light, fun movements to get you out of your head.
- Free Dance: A judgment-free zone to let your "Inner Diva" out!
- The Invitation: If you never let your hair down or wear something playful—this is your chance. Play as the beautiful goddess you are!
🧘 3. The Integration: Goddess Affirmation Cool Down We conclude with 10 minutes of deep grounding. With legs up the wall (or resting comfortably), we will allow powerful Goddess Affirmations to wash through us, integrating the energy we moved and leaving you feeling confident, empowered, and grounded.
