About this Event
What if feminine spiritual authority was meant to be inherited — not fought for or proven?
This 90-minute contemplative workshop explores the Gospel of Mary Magdalene as a source of spiritual authority, radical love, and interior liberation. Grounded in the surviving fragments of her Gospel, we will examine her role as teacher and interpreter, the soul’s movement beyond fear and ignorance, and the enduring question of who is considered spiritually legitimate.
Using selected themes from the Mary Magdalene Oracle cards as contemplative lenses, we will engage in simple grounding practices, guided reflection, and journaling to connect these teachings to lived experience.
Approaching the Gospel not as historians but through the lens of leadership and embodiment, we’ll explore what inherited authority feels like — in the body and in the mind.
Please bring a pen and paper for journaling (an empty notebook is perfect).
This workshop is for anyone longing for a spirituality that honors the feminine as a sacred source of wisdom and inner knowing. Here, spiritual authority is not handed down from hierarchy or granted by permission. It rises from within. The intention is to restore that inherited authority — the kind that feels steady in your bones. Leadership that is embodied. Grounded. Almost boring in the most beautiful way, because it does not strain, perform, or prove.
This space is especially for those who feel drawn to Mary Magdalene, who have quietly or boldly questioned traditional spiritual narratives, or who are curious about what it would feel like to trust their own knowing without shame. It is a grounded place to explore legitimacy, love, and devotion without hierarchy, without exclusion, and without shrinking yourself to fit someone else’s version of the sacred.
**This workshop is $10 for Innova members, $15 for non-members. Members will be invoiced after registering. Thank you!
