Hosted by Holistic/Quantum healing practitioners, Marcus (Christolight) & Heather Thomas... Each Saturday, we will focus on a different theme, blending teachings, creative expression, energy practices, and nutrition to foster personal growth and transformation. Sessions will begin and end with meditations to create a balanced sacred container with nurturing support through the healing process. To top it off, we open up a potluck dinner space so bring yummy food!
This Saturday focus will be about exploring what the inner shadow is & how we can navigate with a balanced harmonious relationship with our personal shadow self to then be able to hold space for others shadows ☯️
