Slow Burn Strength is a low-tempo, intention-driven class that builds real strength in a way that feels sustainable β not punishing. Whether you're moving with your own bodyweight or a set of weights you already have at home, this class meets you exactly where you are.
Each session is structured around three phases:
π₯ Up-Regulation β We ease in with purpose, waking the body up with music and intentional movement.
πͺπΎ Total Body Work β We move through strength sequences designed for all levels, seated or standing, at your pace.
π¬ Down-Regulation β We close with care, letting the body settle and restore.
All you need is a willingness to move and celebrate your body.
