Directions:
This is a great end to the White Oak Greenway that connects to the American Tobacco Trail. There are long boardwalks and cement walking trails between Green Level Church Road and the American Tobacco Trail with lots of access points from adjacent neighborhoods. There are lots of shade along the boardwalks making it great for cycling and walking.
Remember, this does not necessarily have to be a Unit event…please spread the word to our Scouting families and promote the hikes as “family events”! All you need to bring is a good pair of walking shoes, plenty of water and your enthusiasm. Nature will provide the rest!
