Join us for a professional, policy-focused evening to hear directly from the candidates. To ensure a productive environment for all residents, please note the following critical logistics:
๐ ENTRANCE & ACCESS:
Expo Arts building is hosting multiple events, the designated entrance for the debate is through the Atlantic Door only. Please follow the directional signage upon arrival.
๐ PARKING:
Parking will be extremely tight. We strongly encourage carpooling, walking, or arriving early to secure a space.
๐ SCHEDULE:
- 6:00 PM: Doors Open to the Public
- 6:30 PM: Opening Ceremony
- 6:40 PM: Moderator Welcome & Debate Kickoff
โ๏ธ THE RULES OF THE ROOM:
To protect the integrity of the dialogue and ensure everyone can hear the platforms clearly, we are enforcing a strict decorum policy:
- ๐ซ NO SIGNS: No signs, banners, or placards of any kind are permitted inside the hall.
- ๐คซ SILENCE IS REQUIRED: We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptions. A single verbal warning will be given; a second disruption will result in an immediate request to leave the building, enforced by on-site professional security.
