Both residential properties and public buildings alike are as rich in history as they are in architectural character.The Distinctive Homes Tour offers you an opportunity for an exclusive look inside some of Guthrie’s most impressive homes and historic buildings that are specially selected by Guthrie's Territorial Christmas and are beautifully dressed for the holiday season. The tour is our largest fundraiser and, as such, we only invite the best and most beautiful homes in Guthrie to participate!
This year's Homes Tour is December 6th, 2025 from 10 am-4 pm
(Tickets available until 3 pm)
Tickets are $20 each.
Proof of purchase is required for entry into the homes/buildings.
Reserve your tickets online for pickup on the day of the event, or purchase in person on December 6th between 9 AM and 3 PM at City Hall.
