DisruptHER Commons is a one-day, village-square–style gathering for women leaders, by women leaders.
This event came out of a simple realization: a lot of women are craving real support in their work and lives, not performative networking or pay-to-play empowerment spaces. So we built something different.
Think open-flow, choose-your-own-adventure vibes... a space where you can move at your own pace, have meaningful conversations, access practical support, and actually enjoy being in community with other women who get it.
The Commons is built around five pillars that show up in real life and real business:

• Style
• Work
• Wallet
• Brand
You’ll find women-owned businesses and trusted providers throughout the space, a central “Village Square” for short skill-shares and gatherings, plus good food, music, and that unmistakable DisrUpstate energy ⚡

– A relaxed, community-first atmosphere
– Practical support and real conversations
– Women helping women in ways that actually matter
– Food, music, and space to connect (or rest)
✨ Why it matters:
A portion of event proceeds will support POPI (People On Purpose Inc.), helping fund local, women-led organizations creating real economic impact across our region.
