Australia’s first Gen AI film festival — a national platform for filmmakers, artists, technologists, and students to explore storytelling powered by AI. Anchored by the theme “Humans and Their Tools,” the festival champions human-in-the-loop creativity, where technology becomes a co-creator, not a competitor.

We’re kicking things off with a behind-the-scenes look at how people are actually creating with AI. Two guest contributors will take us through their process live — how they prompt, think, experiment, and bring ideas to life.
🦴 Ethics & IP Discussion (with Holding Redlich)
We’ll then shift into a dedicated conversation on ethics and intellectual property in the world of creative AI, joined by a representative from Holding Redlich.
This is your chance to ask questions, unpack the grey areas, and better understand how IP and ethics are evolving alongside AI creativity.
