Bismarck State College Theatre proudly presents the local premiere of the full Broadway version of Frozen: The Musical, based on the beloved Disney animated feature Frozen. This spectacular stage adaptation brings Elsa, Anna, and their friends to life with all the songs you know and love — plus brand-new numbers written exclusively for the Broadway production, expanding the story in powerful and magical ways.
This production is a truly enchanting experience for all ages, and especially special for children and families. For the first time ever, BSC Theatre is offering two matinee performances each weekend — Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30 PM — making it easier than ever for local children and families to attend and enjoy the magic of live theatre together.
The fun begins one hour before each performance, when face painting will be available in the lobby prior to the show and during intermission. After the performance, families are invited onstage for special photo opportunities, where children can have their pictures taken with Elsa, Anna, and friends.
Directed, choreographed, and costume designed by Daniel Walstad, with music direction by Brittany Bearsheart, technical direction by Dean Bellin, scenic designs by Jack Golden, and sound design by Frank Vondra, this production features a sensational cast of BSC students, Bismarck and Mandan community members, and BSC Theatre alumni.
