Disney’s Finding Nemo KIDS is a 30-minute musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo, with new music by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez and book by Lindsay Anderson. Music and orchestrations arranged by Myrna Conn. Based on the 2003 Disney/Pixar film written by Andrew Stanton, Bob Peterson, and David Reynolds and directed by Andrew Stanton.
Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.
Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go With the Flow,” Finding Nemo KIDS brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.
Camp Fee ONLY $100
Rather than charge large fees for camp and then expect parents to buy tickets, we keep our fees low to cover some of the basic camp costs! Each student is responsible for selling 20 tickets to the show. Ticket sales also teach our students about outreach, show promotions skills, marketing theatre skills, and help make it possible for more kids to attend camps.
Audition placement for roles occurs on the first day of class. ALL registered campers are cast in the show.
