For a Championship event to take place, including awarding
prizes, at least eight players must be present, have a tournament-legal
deck, and make a good-faith effort to play at least one full round.
The fee includes one Shimmering Skies booster for every player and entry for the door prize drawing at the end of round 2.
Seating is limited to 50 players.
