Hi Trojan Band Families,On Monday, November 24, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, Barb Smith will be leading a mandatory Disney trip meeting in the CHS media center.
All students participating in the trip must attend with a guardian.
Barb will cover important travel details, and families will complete all necessary paperwork (some of which must be notarized).
Please plan to attend this meeting, and let me know ASAP if you are unable.
In the meantime, please pay your students' due account balances if you have not already, so we can reserve hotel rooms for them.
The hotel will only hold rooms in the Clarenceville block for a limited time, and we want to have our rooms near each other.
