Dismantling Silos and Improving Access to Early Intervention

Compass Family Services, Felton Institute, and Wu Yee Children’s Services recently released a white paper examining the barriers to early intervention services for children ages 0-5 in San Francisco. This mediated conversation will draw on insights from more than 400 early childhood educators and providers, and highlight systemic gaps in funding, care coordination, training and data transparency that disproportionately impact young children with disabilities, particularly those from multilingual, immigrant, and low-income communities.
