Formally trained at NCC, Chef Joss brings a dynamic blend of professional expertise and heartfelt passion to the kitchen. In addition to catering, she has worked as a food stylist for a popular television program and specializes in bold ethnic and fusion cuisines. Chef Joss truly shines as an educator, delighting in teaching the art of cooking to aspiring chefs of all ages—most notably the children of the Allentown School District.
